COMMUNITY CENTER RENTAL INFORMATION

Rental Fee: $75.00

The rental fee for the Community Center is $75.00 per day. This fee covers the full use of the facility for your scheduled event.

RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT

To reserve the Trezevant Community Center, call City Hall at 731-669-4831 or email us from the Contact us page to check availability. Put Community Center Reservation in the subject along with your name, contact information and requested date in the message. Once availability is confirmed, visit City Hall to pay the $75 rental fee. The fee can be paid by credit card but you will charged an additional processing fee. Your reservation will be added to the Community Center calendar after payment is received. Arrangements can then be made to pick up the key before your event.

FACILITY RULES
  • No smoking is permitted in the facility.
  • Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited.
  • Do not hang or tape anything on the walls or ceiling.
  • Do not move class pictures.
  • The Town of Trezevant is not responsible for accidents that may occur during use of the building.
THERMOSTAT

Summer months: leave thermostat at 72°F.
Winter months: leave thermostat at 60°F.

CLEANING & HOUSEKEEPING
  • Leave the building in the same condition in which it was found so it is ready for the next user.
  • Turn chairs upside down on cleaned tables.
  • Clean counter surfaces, stovetop, sinks, and bathroom areas.
  • Flush toilets.
  • Sweep floors, then mop with warm water only — no cleaner or soap.
  • Rinse cleaning equipment, including rags and mops, and place it where it can air dry.
  • Bag and tie all trash and place it in the designated trash can outside/behind the building.
  • Check the refrigerator and do not leave any items behind.
  • Turn out all lights before leaving.
LOCK-UP & KEY RETURN

Be sure both doors are locked when leaving.

Return the key to City Hall during business hours or place it in the night drop/drop box at City Hall.

A $10.00 charge will be assessed for any key not returned.

The Community Center will be checked following use.
